What happens when you grow green cabbage for saurkraut and purple cabbage to eat and the purple cabbage thrives and comes on too much too fast? Well, if you're Fay and I you make saurkraut anyway. Which is how I got these gorgeous pink jars of saurkraut. I love it. Tastes absolutely delicious and makes 'kraut makes itself once the cabbage is shredded and salted.
